Past Projects

Basil Read Development was appointed to assist Garden Cities Inc. with the design and development management of the new Garden City New-Town in 2007. The 767ha mixed use, integrated housing development is situated in the Western Cape and we successfully achieved township and environmental approval at the end of 2011.
