On 08 September 2023, the Company was placed under business rescue pursuant to the filing of a resolution in terms of Section 129(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act") on 08 September 2023.
On 12 September 2023, Siviwe Dongwana of Adamantem Chartered Accountants was appointed as the Business Rescue Practitioner ("BRP") of the Company in terms of Section 129(3)(b) of the Act.
